Ethan's family consists of mom & dad as well as two dogs (Bear & Casey). We were all anxiously awaiting our little Ethan's arrival.
Ethan Kenji James Onysko was born on Thursday May 29,2008 at 8:09 am, weighing in at 5 lbs 13 oz., 18 1/2 inches long. Ethan was delivered via c-section.
Angela and myself are so overwhelmed with joy and pride. We spend our time when we are awake just staring at the little man that we have created. He is the most handsome little boy that I have ever seen (perhaps that was a little too much dad pride).
Ethan has been a perfect addition to 
the family, Ang 
and I are adjusting to the new routine of feedings, changing and sleeping when we can. Oh and the endless stream of laundry that such a small guy can create.

Oh and the endless stream of laundry that such a small guy can create.Dad has three weeks of from work to be home with mom and Ethan, I had high hopes of finishing the painting outside as well as a few other chores. All I can say is there has not been a lot of success in this area. The only task that has been partly completed is the cleaning and prepping of our trailer. 
We are taking Ethan on his first camping trip on the July long weekend. He is very excited, but the dogs are not since they will be in the kennel on this trip so that we can focus on our little guy.

I know that Angela and myself have greatly enjoyed following Hanna's growth from the day she came home to the latest post with Hanna in her rain gear hiding under her umbrella. I hope that we can provide the same level of happiness to our family with Ethan's World.

Hanna's Home has been such a joy to create and maintain. Three years and 300 posts later, it is filled with memories of the 'little things' -- moments that we might otherwise forget. It's well worth the time, even if it is just to capture a thought or two.

Wed.June 11 2008 Our 1st Visit with Baby Ethan @ Home: Eyes closed & sleeping- just finished feeding. So angelic, so pure & so innocent. What a BEAUTIFUL BABY! Our precious little Ethan whom we've been waiting for for such a long time is finally here! How can we tell you how much joy & happiness you have already brought into our lives.We thank your Mommy & Daddy a million, kazillion times. What lucky parents! Friday,July 25,2008- was a very memorable day for our family as we witnessed great joy and overwhelming happiness- Ethan at 9 weeks old was meeting his great-grandma Kato for the very first time!Mom so wanted to see Ethan sooner but because she was very ill,she had expressed her wish to see him when she got better. Bedridden for weeks and as sick as Mom was, this surprise visit brought on the widest,happiest smile upon her face and tears of great joy! Words cannot describe that moment.("Kawa-ee, Non-to Kawa-ee")in Japanese means "Oh! so Cute! indescribeably Cute!" were Mom's first words to Ethan. Very, very sadly,Ethan's first visit was also to be the very last. (Mom passed away 10 days later.) It was so wonderful that she was able to see her much loved precious Ethan Kenji (Kenji named by Mom)THANK_YOU Dearest Ethan,Angela and Ken for making it such a special day for Grandma.
